Mr. Riley, One last time: the FTC press release published on your web-site made accusations which were UNTRUE. I have not been involved in the invention development business since 1992 and the FTC did not refute that statement. The 'freeze-order' they were seeking was thrown out by the court because there was no legal reason for it.

Once again: I have never been an officer, director, shareholder or employee of "IPD" and the FTC does not refute that fact either.

You are knowingly and recklessly choosing to publish a press release containing information which you obviously know to be misleading, disparaging and libelous. If you truly believe that the first amendment allows you to publish false information, I will have no other choice but to pursue this matter further.

Mr. Riley,

I just noticed that you have deleted my name from your 'caution list' as it related to IPD. I wish to thank you for correcting this error.

Now, I have noticed that my name appears next to a company called, "International Technology Exchange". Please be advised that I have never been an officer, director, shareholder or employee of this corporation either.

Maybe you have a personal vendetta against me, but I have not been in this business (which you are admirably attempting to clean up) for almost TEN YEARS !

I have moved on with my life and do not wish to see my name affiliated with companies that I never had any association with.
