Professional inventors wish to help invention promotion companies do the best job possible. To that end we are collaborating with numerous State and Federal agencies to help invention promotion firms achieve their full potential. 

There have been reports that some of the most notorious invention promotion firms are refunding ex-clients a pittance, a small percentage of the original amount the inventor paid the promoters.

Note that Invention Submission Corporation (ISC) has the most complaints.  It is rumored that ISC has a policy of paying inventors who complain to keep their name out of the published complaint list.  So be sure to demand a FULL REFUND from ISC.  ISC also likes to slip gag agreements in the settlement agreement to stop ex-clients from telling others about how poor they think ISC's service is.  If any promoter wants you to agree to having your very valuable First Amendment rights abridged you should insist on an additional $10,000 for such a valuable consideration.

Any company who actually brings a SLAPP suit will be counter sued, and all appropriate information gleaned in discovery will be passed to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
