In response to your e-mail, I never requested that you

Neustel's statement and provide a link from the page
about the RICO
action. I also did not request that you post
my letter. What I
requested was that you remove all defamatory statements
and innuendo
regarding Friedman and Friedman and Edward B.
Friedman. In order to
accomplish this you should remove all reference to the
RICO lawsuit and
the other statements we discussed.
You also understand that our conversations have to do
with Friedman and
Friedman and Edward B. Friedman and do not in any way
affect the rights
of our
client, ISC.
Please call to discuss this matter as soon as possible.
