Already done, my sage friend! I hope by now Mr. Berger
realizes the
amount of S__T (pardon me folks) that he has stepped in with his
outlandish attacks and obvious untruths! I agree with you
Ron, let's
turn up the heat!

In a message dated 98-11-05 20:53:15 EST, you write:
<< I have a number of neat TV exposé show contacts.
I would like a show of
hands on who feels we should collectively ask these shows to look
into Mr.
Berger's activities. I will contact Mr. Nader, asking for his
support. >>
Ron,
Can we raise both hands? I don't want to see the TV shows
do an unfair
report. ISC should be shown in its true glory or lack
thereof. I do think
that the extent of advertising makes this issue a public issue
and one that TV
investigative shows should look into.

Ron, you asked for a show of hands, I have mine as high as
it can go.
I have a limited number of contacts that I have brought this
situation
to, one in particular is a very conservative outspoken newspaper
with
a home/mailed circulation exceeding 400,000 addresses on a weekly
basis. Dave Willmott, editor and publisher just loves to
challenge
anyone who thinks they are "king of the hill" and has a
lot of baggage
to account for. I have also written to the local cable (6-700,000
subscribers) requesting a "PSA" announcment warning
folks about
invention scams.I shall also pass on this info to the many groups
I am
active in,Masons, Elks, U.S.Power Squadrons, Semantics Society,
even
the folks at the local diner where I breakfast each morning. I
will
ask them to relay this to their various contacts and friends.
Advice
to Mr. Berger, when you climb the ladder of success on steps of
blood,
sweat and tears, look back down and see what those steps are made
of
now cause thats where your headed. Regards from Ken Murray on
Long
Island...PS, I forgot, all this info will be personally handed by
me,
to the Administrator of employees and visiting scientists at
Brookhaven National Laboratories, Upton NY where I have had many
interesting conversations with folks on many levels of
science..Again
Regards..

Gentlemen,
You are receiving this email in confidence -- not posted to
InventNET.
Regarding ISC:
If the two of you can collaborate in compiling a hard-hitting
webpage on
invention scams (other than Ron's existing page - although since
I have been
up to my eyeballs, I haven't been there for a month or so), with
a "Special
On Invention Submission Corp" - including links to Operation
Mousetrap and
any and every other source, I would be happy to profile the
website at the
top of my website home page right away.
On Nov 16, (9 PM Eastern) I will be appearing on CNN/fn on their
new TV show
"Entrepreneurs Only", with the focus being on my
site. That's 9 million
viewers +/- (according to CNN) that will get the exposure to my
site and an
ICS: "As Seen On TV - What About Invention Submission Corp?'
snippet -- with
the link to Ron's page.
Who knows what other business media exposure this will get ---
but it's a
significant media exposure opportunity - and it's here now.
Let me know your thoughts, guys.
High profile is better - except for me -- don't let anyone know
I'll be on
TV -- otherwise, I might blow it :-)
Andy
