Mr. Berger, I must take exception here. Should we
take a stroll through
history to the archives of the early 90's, and search for
court-related material
relating directly to ISC? This is publically available,
and never is a long,
long, time!

Mr. Berger, apparently there are those within the
invention community
that would once again take exception to the litany
above. I personally
have knowledge of perhaps twenty inventors who definitely
feel they
have been defrauded by ISC, and the strange thing is the
number is
growing daily!

I don't need to remind you sir that truth goes
hand-in-hand with justice.
Whether their is libel involved within this list, or
whether you are
merely a victim of your own greed, remains for the courts
of our land to
sift out. I suggest threats made on a public forum
invite response, and
you have threatened both our friend Mr. Bergquist, and
the collective
intelligence that freely describes problems such as you
on this
Listserver. I would say sir that you have crossed
over the line, merely
by sticking your head in something that is good, decent
and fair. Stick
with your show INPEX, there are quickly becoming viable
alternatives to
companies such as ISC.

In a message dated 98-11-04 14:11:52 EST, you
write:
<< You are also disseminating other information

No one has been harmed by
ISC. ISC is the most open and fair dealing

U.S. We reveal all of our prices, statistics and

the highest

These statements seem WAY beyond the bounds of
credibility and may be false
advertising. "Most open and fair
dealing...?" What do you consider to be an
"invention company?" Do you have data to
back up your statement. Let's see
it.
<< I expect you to retract your false and

I have known Don to seek to publish the truth and to do
his best in that
regard. (You may disagree, but others may disagree
with you.) Perhaps
instead opinionated banter, we might get down to hard
facts. Brag it up.
What percent of the inventors you serve make more money
from having worked
with you than they pay to you?

Mr. Berger,
Are you opposed to posting your statistics here at Invent NET?
Independent inventors here are obviously concerned about
how to spend their
limited capital, and since ISC presents ideas to
industry, it would help to
know precisely how many inventor successes ISC has been
responsible for;
that is, how many inventors you have received money from
have earned more in
royalites than what they paid your firm.
Since ISC deals openly, surely you have no objection to
sharing this
information with us.

You are full of B*** S***. I suggest that
ISC's subscription to this list
should be terminated. The FTC documents and
numerous complaints from
inventors tell a different story. I suggest ISC
should crawl back into
their den. Any further threats will be forwarded to
every media contact I
have, and I do have some really great media
contacts. I very much doubt
that ISC can survive the disinfecting light of media
attention.

Martin,
I am amazed that your gost is trying to spook our place 3
days after
Halloween. BOO!!
I am sure that you got more than enough candies with your
nice TV ads - why
Invent NET?
Do you have your own email address? If yes, use it!
You'll find first hand (as if you didn't know) what
others are thinking
about your services.
I am all for free speech myself ( that's why your message
was posted ).
I don't agree with everything that people are posting
here too.
As a recent example: I don't agree with your message -
but I've posted it.
The main idea conveyed by your message is NOT that
"poor" ISC is wrongfully
attacked, BUT beware of the "rich" ISC owner
that will sue anyone or anybody
that don't keep quiet.
I have also received not long ago a copy of your letter
to S. Pal Asija -
not nice Martin.
If I add this two events it seems to me that you are
starting an offensive
against your critics.
If you have some real facts proving that ISC is not an
Inventor Scamming
Corporation please make them available to all of
us. But, don't try to
intimidate our subscribers with your legal staff.
