What can I say, an Invention submission Corporation (ISC) office picked at random by WTAE TV Investigative Reporter Jim Parsons where ISC staff member Roger Mesecher told the undercover inventor, "We've made a lot of millionaires." This is, according to the FTC (FTC-93 - FTC-95) a bald faced lie. But if I have misinterpreted this, if by some chance ISC has "made a lot of millionaires" since their last encounter with the FTC, well I will cheerfully set the record straight.
