2. Gary Frangepan, "alleged" GM (not sure if that is his official title).

3. Bric a Brac:
In 2002 Invent-Tech teamed up with Ronald Perlstein (Discount Diamonds PA / Criminal and Class Action). In an article on the web site of William R. Lieberum, expert witness, he writes about his expertise by citing ..."some of the larger cases [he's been involved with] are Manookian v. American Express, a large and very publicized class action suit, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Ronald Perlstein / Ronald Perlstein Discount Diamonds (Criminal and Class Actions )."

He can be found as a jewelry scammer in a case of Commonwealth of PA against Ronald Perlstein in the Fortune Small Business (2/4/03) article.

4. Their new attorney who took off from Leslie Hecker who according to Joe Light, Daily Press, "retired" from the Florida bar rather than face disciplinary action  allegedly following an audit in how she handled a Trust account. Alan Ramer became their new attorney.
4a. Another attorney they used to send inventor Linda Davis, Oklahoma, a note indicating she had not lost her patent [rights to file one] after 3-years of Invent-Tech allegedly promoting details about it at trade shows, listing it in their publication, and created a "virtual" web site of several pages about it [password protected given to potential licensees) was/is: Robert J. Van Der Wall of "McHale, Slavin & Van Der Wall."

5. Niamo Kooritzky and Peter Doran 

Options Dating Services: Steven Sauter; Niamo Kooritzky; Peter Doran (Defendant in FTC Project Mousetrap for American Inventions Associates). Peter Doran has the same address as Invent-Tech owner Gray Kooritzky (3109 Grande Avenue, Coral Gables, 33146) and allegedly now lives in Santa Monica > with GK.  Peter Doran is under court order not to be involved in the invention promotion business.

6. Magma Management Services: (Disbarred Leslie Hecker (former attorney) is/was authorized agent for Magma besides Invent Tech. Peter Doran connected to Magma.

Secures/used to secure monies from inventors then turns them over to their CRT (Customer Relations Team). I have a compelling four (4) page doc dated 10/12/01 mailed to Invent Tech by Linda Davis requesting a refund of $6,600 itemizing failures to deliver in a timely manner, promises made by Harry King, inability to reach Harry King once monies paid...his failure to speak with her to make good on all his promises and a guarantee Linda would have monies back by the Christmas following payment of monies to them in '97, I believe).
